Community Guidelines

FruityDate is a platform designed for creating kind, respectful, and inclusive connections. To ensure a safe and positive experience, our Community Guidelines outline acceptable behavior and content standards, both on and off our platform.

Profile Guidelines

  • Age: Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Profile Photos: At least one photo must show your full face clearly. No overly edited images, memes, or photos of children alone.
  • Usernames: Usernames should reflect your real-life name or nickname, without symbols, emojis, or offensive language.

Content and Conduct Guidelines

  • No Adult Content: No nudity, sexually explicit content, or commercial sexual services.
  • No Bullying: Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior is prohibited.
  • Child Safety: Zero tolerance for any form of child exploitation.
  • No Promotions: Commercial promotions or spam are not allowed.
  • No Controlled Substances: Prohibited sales of drugs, alcohol, or paraphernalia.
  • No Hate Speech: Content promoting hate based on protected attributes is banned.
  • Authenticity: Impersonation, catfishing, or false representation is prohibited.
  • No Misinformation: False or misleading content that may cause harm is not allowed.
  • No Violence: Threats or acts of physical or sexual violence, including trafficking, are banned.
  • No Scams: Fraudulent financial schemes are prohibited.
  • No Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual behaviors, including unsolicited explicit images, are not tolerated.
  • No Platform Manipulation: Use of automation to manipulate connections is forbidden.

Safety Reporting and Enforcement

The platform uses human moderators and automated systems to monitor activity. Users may report violations using the report button on any profile or message. Enforcement actions include content removal, warnings, account bans, and law enforcement cooperation when necessary. Off-platform conduct causing harm to other members may also trigger enforcement actions.
